Duties: Provide administrative support for the Vice Provost of Faculty Affairs and staff; develop and maintain office procedures; manage complex calendar; coordinate meetings and events; make travel arrangements; prepare presentations and materials for meetings; screen and prioritize mail, including e-mail; draft correspondence and other documents for Vice Provost; maintain Faculty Affairs e-mail account, including: answering e-mails, referring to appropriate staff and follow-up; research topics and initiate reports, preform general office duties, including but not limited to: answering the phone, greeting visitors, copying, and filing.

Qualifications: BA/BS plus 3-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience providing support to an executive preferred; advance knowledge of computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; excellent oral and written communications skills; strong organizational skills and experience handling large amounts of complex and sensitive information; research experience strongly preferred; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team; knowledge of Penn preferred.
