Duties: Provide administrative assistance to the on-campus recruiting managers and serve as receptionist in the interview suite during recruiting season. Assist recruiters who are conducting interviews and explain procedures during check-in and throughout the day. Explain recruiting services to students and refer them to appropriate advisor(s) as needed. Coordinate add-on interview process, serving as liaison between recruiters and selected students. Manage schedule-printing process. Act as back up to recruiting managers, schedule interview dates, attend employer information sessions, and explain Handshake platform to employers, as needed, and approve employers on the Handshake platform. Manage invoicing system for room reservations and the Career Services sponsorship program. Keep on-campus recruiting unit's webpage up to date; edit/revise as requested by recruiting managers. Supervise a team of work-study students. Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed. Ability to adapt and perform under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Position requires extensive phone and walk-in contact with students and recruiters. Position requires ability to work flexible hours. 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. during the recruiting season and 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. during off season. Dates for these seasons vary

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Ability and patience to handle a wide variety of questions from an extensive and sophisticated audience. Ability to multi-task, set and adjust priorities, learn new information quickly and work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and writing skills. Ability to use/learn wide range of computer programs including Microsoft Office suite; extensive knowledge of Excel preferred. Experience with recruiting software preferred. Ability to maintain webpage and prepare complex documents. Sense of humor
