Duties: The primary goals of Wharton's Communication Program ('WHCP') are to help MBA and PhD students become more effective communicators. The Program's members achieve this goal through teaching required 'core' courses in seminar-style courses. A new goal is to extend the Program's teaching to Wharton undergraduates - also as a graduation requirement. In addition, the Communication Program offers teaching assistance to Wharton faculty. Specific responsibilities include:
Help to develop and support the new required/core undergraduate Management Communication course Design undergraduate and MBA curriculum for visualization of data. Assist with design and logistical support of the Program's core curricula Coach PhD students on their research presentations and academic job talks, and support WHCP initiatives throughout the School.

Qualifications: A Master's Degree and 5 - 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.
