Job description

Duties: Under the supervision of the department coordinator, the publications and events coordinator oversees the department's promotions, publications, website, and events. This position is responsible for organizing all aspects of the lecture series, including budgeting and promotion, as well as other events. The coordinator will develop, prepare, update, design, produce, and distribute materials to promote all programs within the department. This position will oversee the process for the annual graduate publication.

Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's Degree and 1 year to 2 years of experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and other design software strongly preferred. Basic knowledge of HTML preferred.
