Position Summary: The Project Coordinator will develop, manage and monitor the New School Leaders Mentoring Program in accordance with the State of Illinois and ISBE requirements for these programs. Duties include: a¢ Provide oversight and leadership for the new school leaders mentoring program a¢ Offer technical advice and/or supervision to mentors and program participants, and relate to constituent partners, the public, and other agencies a¢ Develop, implement, and evaluate program practices, policies, procedures, and standards a¢ Determine program service levels and enhancements This is a two day per week part-time position. Retired principals are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have documented experience as a public school principal in the state of Illinois and successful experience as a teacher.
Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in Educational Leadership preferred
Work Schedule: This is a two day per week part-time position.
