Reporting to the Marketing Project Manager, the Project Coordinator assists with the development and implementation of marketing/communications plans in order to advance the university's strategic priorities. Responsibilities include providing oversight of assigned marketing/communications initiatives, including marketing and branding consultation, establishing goals and objectives and identifying target audiences. Working collaboratively with university units and project managers on assigned projects to help ensure brand strategy and integrity is consistent throughout university efforts. In conjunction with Marketing Analytics, track performance, effectiveness and results of all assigned marketing initiatives and prepare performance reports for marketing leadership on a regular basis. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of directly related experience coordinating marketing communications projects. Can include internships. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

* Enthusiastic self-starter. * Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
