Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Microbiology
Biological Sciences (Middletown): Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Microbiology, position to start August 2018.
Responsibilities include teaching biology and microbiology courses and laboratories; advising students; providing service to the department, the university, the discipline, and/or the community; research and publications.
Required: Ph.D. in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field by date of appointment. Consideration may be given to candidates who show promise of excellence in undergraduate teaching, research, and professional service with research in an area that enables collaboration with other Miami faculty and involves undergraduate students and possible work with graduate students.
