Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • In-depth knowledge of your team member, strengths, weakness to effectively manage your team.
  • Growing knowledge of Tier 1 Techs systems, clients and active projects in order to obtain the necessary information to effective manage requests.
  • Ensuring that the information and policies enforced


Office Management
  • Organize and chair staff meetings / structured agenda / track tasks taking minutes)
  • Manage client concerns and address accordingly.
  • Manage client Communication
  • Schedule Appointments / Meetings
  • Work with vendors to gather quotes, prepare and submit proposals, file signed contracts accordingly, order parts, follow up w client prerequisites, schedule resources to complete project, follow up with client upon project completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Create proposals. File electronically accordingly.
  • Create and submit special project invoices.
  • Create/update recurring billing agreements.
  • Meet newly acquired clients to gain insight on immediate needs and collect all relevant information on the business needed to properly maintain services, such as company employee contact information, account numbers, user name and passwords for technology vendors, etc.
  • Accounts Receivables - receive payments, update in invoicing software, scan and file proof of payment, submit for deposit. Call past due accounts.
  • Preparing presentations and reports on the state of the business and the active/side-lined projects
  • Confirm appointments with prospects acquired by lead generating company.
  • Draft introduction and thank you letters tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Draft other marketing materials as necessary.
  • Attend networking events to promote the company.

Human Resources

Maintains office staff by recruiting, filtering candidates and scheduling interviews, and orienting and training employees. File all documentation electronically accordingly.
  • Faciliate New Employee Reorientation
  • Assist in Hiring Process
  • Manage time off requests.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical support and service management experience required.
  • Management of technologically complex, multi-disciplined and geographically dispersed teams
