Job Description Summary:
The Institute for Middle East Studies at the George Washington University is hiring a temporary curriculum writer to develop teaching resources in Middle East studies for K-12 teachers. The ideal candidate will write reviews of fiction and nonfiction books, documentaries, websites, and other teaching resources which will be posted weekly on our website and Facebook pages. A draft post will be assigned as part of the interview process.
This is a telework position and the hours are flexible. We may extend the contract contingent on 2018-19 funding. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to increase their experience in curriculum development and Middle East studies.
