Posting Summary:
The Center for the Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) is seeking experienced and highly motivated applicants for a Center Administrator. This newly created position reports to the Center Director and manages all operations of CASTL including finance and budget, research administration, human resources, and other general office operations.

A bachelor's degree is required. At least eight years of increasingly responsible experience in budget and finance is required. Experience in research administration, including pre and/or post-award support is highly desirable, as is certification in research administration. Supervisory experience is required. A master's degree is preferred and may substitute for some experience. The ability to analyze and interpret financial data, to exercise good judgment, and to make well-reasoned decisions are essential. Strong operational management skills that include managing and coordinating multiple priorities and projects are required. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Must be proficient in Word and Outlook. Experience as a manager of a research center in a higher education setting or not for profit organization, is strongly preferred.
