UNG Call Center Student Caller (Cadet) - Institutional Student Worker (Fall 2017)

General Summary: The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a UNG Call Center Student Caller (Cadet). This position requires a current student member of the Corps of Cadets to engage via phone with Corps of Cadets alumni, and request their financial support towards UNG. The student caller will make his/her own schedule throughout the day (between 10am - 5pm) Training will be provided.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: The Call Center Caller will:
  • Learn and use the Call Center software (training will be provided)
  • Be available at least two days a week for 2-3 hour shifts
  • Call alumni who were members of the Corps and request their support

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong communications skill
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Sense of pride for UNG, its history and the military component

Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
