PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, Goldman School of Dental Medicine (8751/P0417)
The Program Administrator provides support to the various functions related to the GSDM Compliance and Quality Assurance Programs. The individual is responsible for creating, monitoring and maintaining calendar schedules for the Director of Compliance and Quality Management and the Compliance and Quality Assurance Committees. The Program Administrator is also responsible for: participating in departmental and committee meetings to record minutes, identifying and summarizing action steps and creating, outlining and aiding in the development of meeting agendas based on meeting minutes/summaries. Additional responsibilities include: developing, recording and analyzing tools for tracking established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Compliance and Quality areas, monitoromg compliance and quality activities as outlined on compliance and quality work plans including periodic training, auditing and communications. The Program Administrator will create and provide periodic reports based on key performance indicators (KPI) using established databases and tracking tools. The incumbent will provide necessary administrative and clerical support to the Director of Compliance and Quality Management.
3-5 years of work experience and Bachelor's degree required. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, as he/she will be interacting with Chairs and Directors within GSDM.
