Construction Project Coordinator
Large national general contractor is rapidly expanding. We are seeking a full time Construction Admin/Project Coordinator for our Florida office. The position is located in Lakewood Ranch. The ideal candidate should have commercial GC experience handling administration for construction projects.
Job duties include:
- Creating Subcontractor Files
- Organizing Sub Contractor Fairs
- Compiling Subcontractor Packets - Change Orders - Purchase Orders
- Obtaining Insurance Certificates
- Certified Payroll - Pay Apps
- Meeting Minutes
- Monthly Reports - Job Logs
- Tracking MBEs
- Closeout Documents
- Administrative support for Project Manager and Superintendents
This position requires excellent computer skills with expert knowledge of Office 2013. Experience with Viewpoint is highly preferred, but not required.
