Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, energetic, and organized individual to join our Professional Services team. An interest in web and e-commerce is a plus.

The E-commerce department coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative services to support the operations of the Professional Services department. He/she will organize team building events, schedule meetings, perform weekly billing and data entry, and miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision and keep on task
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate with wide variety of team members
  • Willingness to help wherever needed
