Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineering Manager to join our team! Ad-Juster, Inc. is a leader in the advertising space when it comes to data aggregation and reconciliation. You would lead a passionate team of software engineers in San Diego to execute on our current product line and new products from our development road map. You will immediately have impact on some of the top publishers in the digital space and improve their day-to-day ability to succeed.

  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of our core applications
  • Manage assets in the development of key components of our product
  • Ensure robust testing for the software your team writes
  • Bring an innovative approach to how our core products are written and delivered
  • Work collaboratively with DevOps, Design and others to understand pain-points and present solutions effectively
  • Manage and cultivate a successful engineering team

  • Deep experience managing teams of software developers, designers, and working collaboratively with product managers on solution delivery.
  • Experience with Java, RESTful APIs
  • Experience with modern Javascript frameworks (such as AngularJS, React, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Cloud architecture and application deployment using Docker and other technologies
  • Experience with MySql, MongoDB, or other open sourced based RDBMS or NoSql databases
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
