Posting Summary:
The Sheila C. Johnson Center in the Curry School of Education is seeking a Clinic Administrator responsible for the management of patient care services, administrative services and financial services. The incumbent ensures processes are in place to maintain standards of care/ administrative practice which assure quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial control and accountability.

Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. A minimum of four years of progressively responsible clinical operations, budgetary, financial and human resources management experience is also required. Supervisory experience is required. Knowledge of clinical operations, HIPAA, and clinical billing to include provider based and Medicare and Medicaid billing are essential. Knowledge of budget and financial principles and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Proven ability to exercise good judgment in making well-reasoned decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully relate to people at all levels of the organization.
