Occupational Summary

Image mice and rodents using Duke University Medical Centers novel micro-CT/micro-irradiator research platform to treat genetically engineered mice with cancer. Perform experiments which include collaborations within the Kirsch lab a well as with others researchers at Duke and at other centers. Operate the Micro-CT/Micro-Irradiator Manage a mouse colony and perform necropsies on mice with cancer. Additional duties will include training and overseeing the research of more junior members of the laboratory. Meet with the PI of the lab on a regular basis to plan experiments and review results.
