Faculty Part-time - Clinical Genetics - Biomedical and Nutritional Sciences
General Summary of Position:
This course covers topics related to the genetic and epigenetic basis of common and rare diseases. The candidate will teach undergraduate students in the clinical laboratory sciences and public health majors. Experience in teaching human genetics at the university level, or a background in genetic counseling, constitutes a major strength in applicants for this position. Clinical experience in a molecular diagnostics laboratory is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- PhD or master’s degree in genetics, molecular diagnostics or closely related field
- The ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Teaching at the college or university level is highly desirable
