Position Summary

This position provides support to the Department of Statewide Campus Systems; the successful candidate will assist with the normal daily accounting and office support of the department; duties include but are not limited to processing EBS documents including disbursement and travel vouchers, deposits and internal billing; compose and produce materials necessary for reporting purposes; reconciling accounts; take meeting minutes; scheduling appointments and meetings; make travel arrangements; answering phones; purchase office supplies; and provide event planning support, including possible travel to off campus locations when needed. Perform other duties as assigned.   

Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills

Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in an office setting including accounting, bookkeeping, records maintenance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possession of a valid vehicle operator's license.
