Data Management Analyst I
- Create and update agricultural enterprise budgets for estimating production costs. This will include assisting with budget design and collecting data from growers and the industry. The budgets will reflect the different management practices of the various commodities.
Generate surveys and interpret results through assisting with survey design, implementation and the collection, cleaning, and analyzing of survey data. These data include yields, quantity of inputs, costs of inputs, factors affecting management decisions, operation demographics, and operator demographics.
- Develop a library of resource materials (e.g., presentations, posters, charts, reports, blogs, and videos) for use by stakeholders (i.e., growers, extension agents, faculty, policymakers, and anyone who is interested in payments for ecosystem services, habitat restoration, and factors affecting the adoption/use of conservation practices). Responsibilities will also include collecting and compiling data/information from multiple sources.
- Communicate program outputs to stakeholders which includes creating tables, charts, PowerPoint presentations, posters, and other graphics using data from surveys, budgets, and other sources. Will also assist with writing easily read reports, blog posts and other communication mediums, and assist with organizing meetings, workshops, webinars, and training sessions with stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in agri-business, agricultural economics, economics, applied mathematics or other appropriate area of specialization.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization.
Expert using Semitar, Stata, SAS, R or other statistical software.
Experience using GIS software.
