Job Description

SUMMARY:

The CRM Developer is responsible for setting up, modifying and building database driven internet applications. The position requires an advanced level understanding of HTML, Server Side Programming concepts, T-Sql, JavaScript. This position is expected to develop an advanced understanding of ColdFusion programming language and the Simpleview CRM. The CRM Developer is responsible for building, integrating, and modifying error free applications while maintaining on time delivery of all tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with a CRM Department to complete client contracts and projects

• Work with CRM Project Managers and Analysts to receive appropriate application data from clients

• Set up applications within the CRM system

• Create CRM applications widgets as required for projects

• Test all completed work to ensure proper and error free functionality

• Complete all programming tasks while following company code standards

• Complete and respond to all change requests from client or the CRM Department

• Manage timelines in order to provide on time delivery for all work

• Update all project notes and statuses daily within the internal Simpleview system

• Maintain accurate time records

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced HTML/CSS coding and debugging skills

• Advanced knowledge of server side coding, while mastering ColdFusion

• Solid understanding of JavaScript with a focus on Jquery

• Solid understanding of T-Sql and the ability to write complex queries

• Ability to modify pre-built applications in order to meet detailed customer requirements

• Must develop the ability to integrate new and pre-built ColdFusion applications into our existing CRM system

• Must develop an understanding of the Simpleview CRM application and how it integrates with Simpleview CMS

• Must have the ability to work within a team environment.

PERFORMANCE METRICS

• Must work a minimum of 2080 hours in a calendar year of which a minimum of 1872 hours must be billable.

• Attendance, arriving at office on time

• Projects/tickets completed by due date and under budget

• Quality execution of tickets and projects

• Adherence to Simpleview's Mission Statement and Core Values
