William Paterson University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor Level in the Department of Kinesiology beginning September 1, 2018.

The selected candidate must have an earned doctorate in an area within or related to Exercise Physiology.  College-level teaching experience and a current certification from ACSM or NSCA is preferred.

Teaching responsibilities include but are not limited to undergraduate Physiology of Exercise, Survey of Athletic Injuries, Essentials of Strength and Conditioning, and Motor Learning and courses in the graduate Exercise and Sport Studies program. S/he will pursue an active research agenda resulting in scholarly presentations and publications.  The selected candidate must also provide service to the department, college, university, and community.
