NYU Arts and Science is seeking a dynamic Grant Administrator to join the Department of Psychology. This individual will manage a grant fund raising program, including federal (NIH, NSF), foundation and corporate sponsors; writing and submission of proposals, identification of grant opportunities for the department, researching program guidelines and fulfilling all reporting requirements on grants received.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree and

Required Experience:
2 years' relevant experience including grant budget development/grant writing or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in an academic or research environment.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent writing, analytical, problem-solving skills, communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated success in writing funded proposals and in identifying and researching funding opportunities. Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals. Knowledge of standard office software.
