The Admissions Coordinator of Graduate Enrollment Management manages a subsection of the Online MBA recruitment and enrollment for The Fox School as well as the full operational support for the Online MBA team. The incumbent collaborates with the Director and Senior Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment Management to ensure that the target enrollments for this respective population and operational efficiencies are achieved. The Coordinator tightly coordinates functions to ensure consistency and efficiency; conducts routine audits of the enrollment funnel to provide insights to Assistant and Senior Associate Director and help achieve faster turnaround times and a smooth applicant experience; assesses prospective candidate leads, building and maintaining relationships with a subsection of candidates that span across the enrollment timeline - from inquiry to registration; and executes strategies to yield top caliber students. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of related professional experience including at least one (1) within enrollment management, recruitment, higher education, or directly related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills & Abilities:
* Demonstrated ability to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both in the US and internationally on a daily basis.
* Strong proficiency in computer systems and various software applications used in recruiting and admissions - including Microsoft Office programs, constituent relationship management (CRM) and student information systems.
* Demonstrated success with the achievement of enrollment/sales/recruitment goals and objectives and ability to track progress towards enrollment goals and undertake activities that support the achievement of those goals.
* Ability to travel to locations that may not be accessible via public transportation as well as national travel, as necessary.
* Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as necessary. Preferred:
* Banner and/or Salesforce experience.
