PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Office of Housing (5131/J1117)
Provide general office and clerical support for the Residential Safety department. Manage filing and data entry, answer telephones, respond to email inquiries, and provide excellent customer service for questions related to campus security and mailroom operations. Assist the Associate Director and Operations Manager in coordination of daily office activities. Disseminate general up to date information regarding campus and departmental events. Field a high volume of phone and email inquiries from students, parents, and other University departments. Coordinate and process payroll for approximately 100 full and part-time employees.
High School Diploma/GED, B.A./B.S. preferred, and one to three years of experience.
