Program Support Specialist - Part-Time PM
Listens, monitors and observes clients. Provides support to the Partial Program Supervisor. Maintains safe, orderly, clean and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention. Coordinate activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings. Follows objectives of treatment plans. Communicates with staff either verbally or in written communication logs. Prepares files and takes messages for the doctor. Makes authorization reviews calls. Attends company meetings. Attends trainings as necessary. Trains new staff on unit, program, and milieu. Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides input. Administers Instant UDS or mouth swab, document results. Assisting with interventions with clients. Transports clients to meetings, pick-up and drop-off clients, do store runs, drop-off and pick-up discharges and to ancillary services. Drives clients to daily outings such as community service, grocery shopping. Keep budget of programming costs (parking/ezpass, food, art supplies, other materials). Orient clients and new staff to unit, program, and milieu. Clerical duties as needed. Strong skills in D&A and mental health treatment. Socialize with clients during leisure time and lunch. Helps to maintain a strong clinical program and ensures staff is present with client/s at all times. Staff able to work together to effectively meet the needs of the clients. Maintains positive relationship with clients. Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours. Valid Driver's License. All other tasks as appropriate and assigned. Transports clients to and from Day program.

Maintains positive relationship with referral sources and families. Chart maintains compliance with Licensing regulations. Complete required training and mandatory training hours.
Profile: (Knowledge/Professional/Technical Competencies)
Strong clinical skills in mental health treatment. A working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing, and CARF regulations. Valid drivers license.
Mental Health experience. Substance abuse experience preferred.

Preferred Associates or Bachelors in Behavioral Health field. High school diploma or equivalent.
