The CEI Administrative Assistant is a 20 hour per week benefited position which supports the operations of the CEI and its Executive Director. This position will support integral functions for CEI and is the primary coordinating position for the variety of activities and initiatives that CEI is undertaking. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for multiple key aspects of the center, including ensuring timely communications with stakeholders, managing invoicing and payments, coordinating events, communicating with the Director on a regular basis, and at times will be involved in special projects that support the center activities. This position will help to coordinate student and other staff schedules for in-office time. Because of the nature of the position, a customer service orientation is a must.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with info graphics, event coordination or higher education.

Work Schedule

Flexible within business hours Monday-Friday, 20 hour per week.
