Associate Dean for Operations and Chief of Staff
The Associate Dean for Operations and Chief of Staff of the Graduate School of Social Work is the chief officer for administration of the school, serving on the Deans senior leadership team. The Associate Dean will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the school's non-academic related functions. This position directs all core operations of the school in support of the school's academic, research, and community outreach mission. Key responsibilities focus on the school's financial management, service to internal stakeholders, engagement of external stakeholders, and larger market positioning.
The Associate Dean will work closely with all of the school's associate and assistant deans. A key requirement of this position is to promote teamwork and collaboration across all offices and departments within the school. As such, exceptional communication skills, a positive approach to program-solving, data-driven decision-making, and exacting customer service standards are essential. The Associate Dean will also be the Dean's partner on implementation of the school's strategic plan, managing the overall implementation and annual dashboard of plan accomplishments.
- Master's degree in business or social work
- 10+ years in management

Monday-Friday 8:00 - 4:30. Some night and weekend hours may be required.
