The College of Fine Arts seeks applicants for the position of Admissions & Recruitment Coordinator. Assists the Associate Dean of Student Services with the development and execution of the College of Fine Arts strategic recruitment plan for all degree and non-degree seeking students. Responsible for developing and managing social media, phone, and mail campaigns related to new student recruitment. Coordinates tours for incoming students, parents, and other interested parties. Assists college media staff with development and distribution of publications and promotional items. May assist with orientation activities.
Coordinates the operations of the Admissions and Recruitment area of Student Services for the College of Fine Arts including assisting with budget development and purchasing. Tracks prospective and admitted students and is responsible for data collection and analytics regarding recruitment activities. Identifies opportunities for on and off campus recruiting. Assists with planning recruiting events in conjunction with applicable College of Fine Art departments and staff. Occasionally travels to recruitment events.


A bachelors degree and two years experience or a combination of post high school experience equal to six years is required.
Knowledge of University admissions and recruitment practices is required as is in understanding of current enrollment trends.
Customer service experience, demonstrated leadership skills, and project management is required.
A valid Florida or Georgia driver's license or the ability to obtain one.


An understanding of basic marketing practices and experience analyzing data is preferred. A degree in fine arts or related field is preferred as is experience supervising multiple employees.

Anticipated Salary Range

Commensurate upon experience.

Pay Plan

This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.

Soft Money Funded Position

This position is time-limited based on soft money funding, with renewal contingent upon available funds and the needs of the University.

Criminal Background Check

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
