Job Description

Position Title: Retail Construction/Operations Manager - Texas

Position Summary:

Pinch A Penny Pool, Patio and Spa has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction/Operations Manager in Texas. Experience in retail site construction, preferably franchise operations, required. Position will report to our Franchise Development Team in Clearwater, Florida and be responsible for new store development, relocations, remodels, and associated operational issues including coordination of related Field Support staff efforts for all Pinch-A-Penny stores with a concentration in Texas. This new position will have the opportunity to work with a fast growing team to develop and expand our brand in Texas, while working closely with our team in Clearwater, FL.

Requirements:

A four-year degree required. A minimum of 3-5 years' marketing/operations experience preferred, ideally in a franchise environment. This position requires a thorough knowledge of marketing, merchandising, retail operations, preferably in a franchise environment. Project management experience and certifications (Six Sigma, etc.) a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as conflict management experience required. This position requires approximately 50% travel.

Compensation:

Competitive salary and bonus available as well as an excellent benefit package. During the development stage of the position, you will be provided all the tools to work from home and travel to our corporate office in Clearwater, FL. Mileage for personal vehicle use according the IRS guidelines.
