Clemson University: College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences: School of Computing: Computer Science Faculty Position in Visual Computing Location: McAdams Hall The Division of Visual Computing (VC) in the School of Computing at Clemson University invites applications from a culturally diverse pool of candidates for multiple tenure-track faculty positions. Preference will be given to candidates at the rank of Assistant Professor, although all ranks will be considered. The VC Division invites applicants with areas of interest such as computer graphics, computer vision, animation, simulation, motion, human modeling, game development, digital production, visualization, robotics, and perceptual methods. (Also, note available positions in the Divisions of Computer Science and Human-Centered Computing within the School of Computing at Clemson). The school includes 42 faculty, of which 31 are tenured or tenure-track. It enrolls over 750 undergraduate and over 250 graduate students. The School offers BA and BS degrees in Computer Science, BS in Computer Information Systems, MS in Computer Science, MFA and MS in Digital Production Arts, PhD in Computer Science, PhD in Human-Centered Computing, and PhD and MS in Biomedical Data Science & Informatics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must have earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field. Rank will be commensurate with qualifications.
