RESEARCH PROFESSIONAL II
Job Summary Provide service for sensory quality evaluation of food products, which will require sample preparation, panel training and data analysis. The samples will also be analyzed in laboratory for their physical and chemical quality. It is important that this position maintains safe, clean and orderly laboratory, testing room and training room for the panel. The position is critical to complete the project in timely manner. This position is grant funded. While continuation of employment is expected, it is not guaranteed. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree and no experience or equivalent combination of Bachelor's degree plus experience and skills required. Area-specific certification and/or training may be required and other training will be provided as appropriate.
