Under general supervision, this position will manage Badger Market located in the Medical Sciences building. Duties include hiring and scheduling of part time staff, ordering food, beverages and supplies, monitoring budget, monitor serveries/dining room, and maintain proper sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service.
Academic year: Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
Summer schedule and during winter break: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
This position will be required to work occasional weekends and special events.

-Experience in working with food equipment and coffee machines, i.e. turbo chef ovens, expresso machines and coffee brewers.
-Financial experiences dealing with safe funds, cash bags, filling receiving reports out and payroll experience.
-Experience in overseeing, leading, directing, coaching, hiring, scheduling and training a part time staff. Please list in detail.
-Please list in detail your experience in ordering product performing monthly inventories etc...
-Exceptional customer service skills and front of house experience in dealing with customers.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in food industry.
