Job Summary:

Under general supervision serve as lead worker for Peet's coffeeshop in Memorial Union providing high quality food service. Assist with related administrative duties and guidance for part-time staff. The Coffee shop also provides special orders for pick up and limited catering. Position may float to other Wisconsin Union Markets and Cafes as needed.

Schedule Comment:

Monday through Thursday from 10:30am - 6:30pm, Sunday's 7:15am-3:15pm. Off Friday's & Saturday's.

-Experience in overseeing, leading, directing, coaching, hiring, scheduling and training a part time staff. Please list in detail.
-Please list in detail your experience in ordering product performing monthly inventories etc...
-Exceptional customer service skills and front of house experience in dealing with customers.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in food industry.
