Microsoft MTA: IT Infrastructure or CompTIA A+. Certifications are required within one year of hire date.

Physical Requirements

Requires lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds.


Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.


Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support; MacOS Experience; Troubleshooting Experience on various computing devices including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, etc. Microsoft MTA: IT Infrastructure. Certifications are required within one year of hire date.

Preferred Education/Experience

Associates Degree. Requires specialized/technical knowledge and skills such as drafting, reading and understanding electrical schematics, computer operations, and reading and understanding technical manuals.
