FACULTY RECRUITING IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING-THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN. The McKetta Department of Chemical Engineering seeks outstanding applicants for a faculty position at the level of tenure-track Assistant Professor. The focus area is systems modeling related to materials design, process optimization, or biochemical engineering.
The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate chemical engineering courses, develop a sponsored research program, supervise graduate students, collaborate with other faculty, and participate actively in service to the university and the profession. A Ph.D. in chemical engineering or a related field is required. Applications from women and minorities are especially encouraged.
