Job Description:

The Department of Chemistry at the University of Florida invites applications for a 9-month full-time, non-tenure track Lecturer position to begin August 16, 2018. The appointment is in the area of General and/or Organic Chemistry. Responsibilities include course curriculum development, electronic course management, online course development and teaching, advisement of undergraduate students, publication of scholarly work, and successful acquisition of grants.

Advertised Salary:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes a full benefits package.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess a PhD in Chemistry or a closely-related field, and demonstrable expertise in teaching at the University level. Candidates with a Master's degree and extensive teaching experience will also be considered.
