We are looking for a pleasant Customer Support Associate to undertake all front desk responsibilities including but not limited to: answering phone calls, greeting all visitors to the office, administrative tasks such as writing letters, mail (incoming and outgoing), filing, maintenance calls, and others to be assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
