Job Description

A minimum of five years - Hotel Management Experience

Seeking a qualified individual who knows how to make a hotel thrive from every angle:

They must be a proven Leader and leads by example

Able to effectively train and motivate staff

They have an innovative mind set

P & L experience and success

Exceptional customer service skills is a must

Revenue and rate management skills

Sales & Marketing experience a plus

F & B experience a plus (limited is okay) The hotel has meeting and banquet facilities

This individual must be capable of networking within the community

This position..... We are hoping will be your last. We are in search of a lifer!

The Hotel is located beautiful Western North Carolina and is a all-suite, upscale boutique property with conference facilities

Compensation package can prove lucrative for the right person.
