The Service Manager oversees the maintenance and service of several regional and national accounts ensuring that their facilities are promptly repaired, maintained and serviced so that they are fully functioning efficiently and effectively.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the service department including service calls, quotations, labor and material requirements and invoicing
Manage and lead team of service project coordinators
Negotiate and maintain terms with sub contractors
Maintain complete knowledge of the status of all projects
Monitor overall quantity and quality of service personnel and sub-contractor work performed
Timely review of all time cards
Ensure invoicing is done in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
Review progress with Division Manager
Skills and Abilities:
Able to meet deadlines and work within budgets
Impeccable organization abilities
Advanced experience with spreadsheets
Expert at scheduling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be self-motivating, proactive and an effective team player
