Overview

The Graduate School is seeking an analyst for projects under the direction of the Senior Associate Dean for Finance and Administration. This position involves a high level of analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently. The Graduate School offers a challenging and supportive work environment. Engaged and dedicated staff members within the office collaborate to improve the educational experience of all graduate students at Princeton.

Responsibilities

  • Work on external fellowship database. Reconcile, test, and analyze data in support of fellowship reporting project.
  • Collect, analyze and track data relating to graduate financial assistance. Curate data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Assist in the endowed fellowship process.
  • Conduct external research including peer benchmarks to support initiatives and proposals. Prepare comparative written and financial analyses.


Qualifications

-Bachelor degree required

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills

-Experience reporting quantitative data to both technical and non-technical audiences

-Demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel, including financial modeling skills
