Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

This position involves working on a William T. Grant Foundation-funded project testing a coordinated knowledge system to facilitate use of research evidence by supervisors and mental health providers in South Carolina. The coordinated knowledge system is designed to ultimately enhance family engagement in mental health services. Duties include training and consultation with supervisors and providers, data management and statistical analyses, manuscript and presentation preparation, and assisting with grant preparation. If desired, the fellow may have the opportunity to conduct clinical therapy if desired to obtain hours towards licensure.

Required Education and Experience

This position requires a doctoral degree in clinical or clinical/community psychology with advanced clinical and research training in evidence-based practice for children. Applicants having completed all the requirements for a doctoral degree except final defense of their dissertation will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in community or school mental health settings is preferred.


Experience with statistical software (ie., SPSS or SAS)
