Degree and Area of Specialization:
M.D., completion of U.S. Pediatric residency and either developmental-behavioral or neurodevelopmental disabilities fellowship programs
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Completion of U.S. Pediatric residency and either developmental-behavioral or neurodevelopmental disabilities fellowship programs. Experience in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting for patients with neurodevelopmental disabilitiespreferred. Candidates for associate professor (CHS) rank must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on the CHS track.
License or certificate:
WI medical licensure required, BC/BE in child development preferred, or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years of experience working with pediatric patients with developmental concerns.
Asst/Assoc. Professor (CHS) of Child Development to provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care, teaching, research and scholarly activities.
