Autism Institute – College of Medicine
Provides direct support to the Learner Community Manager, Director of Operations, Director of IT Implementation, and Director of the Autism Institute to monitor, coordinate, administer, and engage with the learner community. Provides direct professional administrative support to these Directors.
Under the direction of the Learner Community Manager, this position will handle day-to-day administration of the Learning Management system, including enrolling learners and generating management reports as needed on course enrollment numbers, course completion rates, and Learner feedback.
Provides technical support to the learner community. Compiles and analyzes metrics about learner community growth and engagement levels; identifies trends and finds ways to improve engagement. Assists in the evaluation of learner community satisfaction. Responsibilities may include:
* Evaluating issues reported by users.
* Redirecting problems to appropriate resources.
* Following up with learners to ensure issues are resolved.
* Interacting with learners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about professional development courses.
Assists with regular learner community outreach efforts through webinars, social media, and community engagement activities. Interacts with community agencies, health care providers, and learners to promote awareness of Autism Institute programs and services. Assists with social media strategies to strengthen learner relationships and increase community awareness. Monitors learner community feedback forums and responds to questions and concerns.
Manages the Autism Institute Continuing Education portfolio. Submits claimed credit requests per professional board schedules. Assists learners with Continuing Education submissions as needed. Gathers required documentation for new Continuing Education applications.
Promotes an atmosphere of teamwork in accomplishing the mission and goals of the Autism Institute to include participating in the delivery of services for special projects or in meeting key deadlines. Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and vendor contacts.
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note: post-high school education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
Experience working with applicable computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent software, and basic computer functions.
Experience performing accurately in a detail oriented environment.
Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Experience demonstrating effective customer service skills.
Experience in meeting deadlines with the ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
Experience conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users.
Valid FL or GA Driver's License or the ability to obtain.
Bilingual speaker (Spanish).

Anticipated Salary Range
Anticipated hiring in the low $30,000’s to mid $40,000's.
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
Criminal Background Check
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting.
