Assistant Store Managers/manager

• Maintain a high level of good customer service

• Opening and closing the store

• Creative problem solving in the areas of:

• Associate Development

• Maximizing Sales Potential

• Closing registers

• Assigning employees to specific areas of the store

• Assign breaks and cover lunch breaks

• Get replenish change from bank

• Needs to able oversee 25 employees or more

What we need from you:

• A strong desire to grow within the company

• Minimum of 3-5 years prior retail management experience

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills

• Ability to work in a high energy team environment

• Needs to able oversee 25 employees or more

• Any management certification is a plus

we have 2 shift 9 am to 4 pm
