Job Summary:

This position functions under the general supervision of the assigned supervisor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (DOVS) and provides administrative assistance to faculty physicians including coordinating complex daily clinical, academic, administrative and research activities. The incumbent may also provide medical administrative program assistance to other department faculty as required.

This position requires excellent administrative, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communications and computer skills. This position may work with highly sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis and must be able to work independently, be self-directed, and be able to define projects and prioritize workload to complete tasks and operations related to projects with minimal direction.

Schedule Comment:

8:00am to 4:30pm
Monday through Friday
