Required Qualifications: (As Evidenced by an Attached Resume)
Master's degree in Social Welfare. Valid NYS MSW license. Two (2) years of full time case management experience or two years of full time medical social work experience. Must have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records.
Additional two years of full time case management experience or medical social work experience. Experience with first responder population. Mental health experience, particularly in post-traumatic stress or depression. Experience in administering clinical psychiatric diagnostic interviews. Case management or medical social work experience specific to assisting cancer patients. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Working knowledge of MS Access.
Brief Description of Duties:
The Incumbent must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. S/he must be detail oriented and have strong oral and written communication skills. S/he will be responsible for the following duties:
