IT Systems Support Professional IV

Provide advanced administration of Microsoft Active Directory and associated network services/servers; take a lead role addressing security issues within the ITS Software section; oversee and proactively address security concerns within ITS Software section; perform as Windows 2003 server and Active Directory Administrator; evaluate, configure and resolve advanced issues related to desktop operating systems supported on campus; perform network based enterprise application deployment.

Manage CCSE data center, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications for staff and faculty in CCSE.
Coordinate and/or perform software imaging, installations, diagnostics, and repairs for all CCSE Computer Labs

Install and maintain all CCSE data center hardware including server, storage and network switches.
Field incoming help desk tickets from end users via UITS ChangeGear ticketing system
Create and write technical documentation for software and hardware use.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience OR Technical diploma, Associate's degree, 2 years of related college course work and 4 years experience.
