Job Description Summary

Learning Objectives:

• Learn and implement customer service techniques
• Learn soft skills such as: communication, speaking responsibly, positivity
• Obtain and share knowledge of student services departments and be able to assist incoming students in those areas during New Student Orientation, and New Student Convocation.



Job Responsibilities



Required Qualifications

*GPA of 2.0;
*have completed at least 6 credit hours at Tri-C;
*consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
*maintain satisfactory academic progress;
*adhere to college's confidentiality policy;
*successfully pass background and finger print check;
*above average skills interacting with people, welcoming new students to campus, My Tri-C Space navigation, registration, financial aid, tours, and making connections to campus resources;
*excellent communication skills and the passion to help others;
*Ability to prioritize student service experiences;
*other duties as assigned
