Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Manager for our Client in Pedricktown New Jersey. The experienced candidate will have expertise in areas of managing people, admin work to consist of payroll and compliance requirements, as well as proficiency with Word & Excel. bi Lingual is a plus.

On-Site Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Understands Client and Company programs
Co Manage time clock process with the client - daily edits, missed punches, and reporting required by client
Manages ongoing client relationship, identifies specific needs and seeks out new revenue opportunities whenever possible
Maintains accurate documentation on all candidate and client interaction and ensures the information is updated regularly in the office database and client reporting programs
Works on the client floor daily to properly train/retain employees, review safety issues and address employee relations issues
Assists the branch with the unemployment and worker's compensation claim processing
Understands payroll process as a back up to coordinator.
Confirms and schedules employees for daily shifts including:
Prestart calls
Attendance reporting & follow up
Emails daily with supervisor regarding schedule changes or mandatory OT requirements
Performs other duties as assigned
